- We do not ship if temperatures are unsafe at the origin, destination, or during transit.
Shipping Days
- Live animals are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
- Delivery dates are confirmed prior to shipment.
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be present to receive the shipment on the first delivery attempt.
- Failure to accept delivery may void any health guarantee.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.
Weather Delays
- We reserve the right to delay shipment due to unsafe weather conditions.
- Customer cooperation is required for rescheduling when necessary.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure delivery address.
- We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
Holding Policy
If your enclosure is not ready, we may hold your bearded dragon after purchase by prior arrangement. Holding periods must be agreed upon before shipment.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only if:
- The animal is received on the first delivery attempt
- Proper documentation and notification are provided (see Health Guarantee Policy)
