Our relationship with you does not end once your bearded dragon arrives. As experienced breeders and passionate reptile caretakers, we are committed to supporting you and your dragon beyond the sale. While we take every precaution to ensure excellent health, we acknowledge that a bearded dragon’s long-term well-being depends on factors such as genetics, nutrition, habitat setup, lighting, and daily care—some of which are beyond our control.
One-Year Health Guarantee
We understand that bearded dragons quickly become beloved members of your family and are not easily replaceable. However, in the unfortunate event that a bearded dragon passes away within one (1) year from the purchase date, or is diagnosed within that time with a serious congenital or genetic health condition that significantly impacts quality of life, we will offer a replacement bearded dragon of equal value at no cost.
To qualify for this guarantee:
- The cause of death or condition must be certified by a licensed reptile veterinarian
- A written veterinary report must be emailed to us for review
Veterinary Examination Requirement
To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, customers must:
- Have the bearded dragon examined by a licensed veterinarian experienced with reptiles
- Submit a copy of the veterinary health examination report within 10 business days of delivery
This initial exam helps ensure your dragon transitions well and allows early detection of any concerns.
What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
This health guarantee does not cover:
- Issues caused by improper husbandry (incorrect lighting, temperatures, diet, or enclosure setup)
- Stress-related conditions after delivery
- Injuries due to handling, accidents, or interaction with other animals
- Parasites commonly found in reptiles unless severe and veterinarian-documented
- Routine or preventative veterinary care costs
Failure to provide appropriate care or regular veterinary attention voids this guarantee.
Pre-Shipment Health Assurance
All bearded dragons undergo a thorough health inspection prior to shipment. A bearded dragon will not be shipped if any health concerns are identified. In such cases, customers will be given the option to:
- Select another available bearded dragon, or
- Cancel the order
This inspection is completed close to the shipment date to ensure the dragon’s condition at the time of departure.
